It seems amazing to me to see my name listed under anything headed 'Artisan', but there you go... who knows where life is going to take you?  I have to admit my fascination with beads began when I was young.  I remember spending many summer days at the cottage 'playing' with seed beads and fishing line.  Although I drifted away from the medium it's amazing how I've come full circle - with a vengeance!  My interest in beads has grown and expanded over the years until now I find myself thinking about beads to buy, beads to make, jewelry patterns to design...  It's endless!

I've now taken my fascination one step further and have delved into the world of Lampworking - the technique of melting glass and creating my own glass beads.  Watch for new jewelry incorporating these beads as well as bead sets and focals that you will be able to purchase to incorporate into your own jewelry designs.  (beyond cool!!)
