We will ship anywhere in the world. Please see details under Ordering & Shipping.  If you try to place an order and it's getting held up on shipping info just let us know.  Likely we haven't 'turned' your country code on yet, meaning you're the first!

We are trying to keep our shipping options as low as possible but recognise that our current shipping standard for our prices quoted is by land.  You want your beads couriered, sent by air or any other option let us know on the order page and we'll get you a quote!

 

 

Orders will normally be shipped via Canada Post. If you wish to expedite your order please feel free to send us an e-mail or give us a call, and we will make specific arrangements.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Money orders and cheques.  Please note that if you are paying by cheque, your order will be shipped once your cheque has cleared the bank.  If you would like to pay through Paypal just type that in on the order sheet.  We will email you a paypal invoice!

 

 

 

We have installed security measures to help protect against loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. To protect the information provided to us by our customers we encrypt every order, which scrambles credit card numbers and other personal information in transit to us. We are using industry standard security technology to secure our site.

 

 

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number at the time your order is shipped.

 

 

Titan Beads & Artisan Studio guarantees the quality of the products we sell. If there is a defect with a product you receive from us, it can be returned within 15 days and a new item will be sent to you.

 

If, after receiving your order, you determine that you do not want to keep it, you may return it to us (at your expense) within 10 days for a refund or replacement. The product(s) must be returned complete, and in the original packaging. No partial packages of beads will be accepted.

 

We try to photograph our products as clearly and accurately as possible, but what you see will largely depend on your screen resolution, monitor, and graphics card. We will try to resolve any discrepancies as quickly as possible. If you find a problem with your shipment please let us know and we will work with you to make it better!
