Our ordering process requires our customers to provide their contact information (such as name, e-mail address, phone number and mailing address). We use this information to send them information about our company and to contact them when necessary.

We may also use this information to determine the demographics of our customers. Demographics will always represent aggregate information and will never identify a specific information.

We will not provide your e-mail ID or other personal information to any other persons or companies.

Security

We have installed security measures to help protect against loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. To protect the information provided to us by our customers we encrypt every order, which scrambles credit card numbers and other personal information in transit to us. We are using industry standard security technology to secure our site.

Return Policy

Titan Beads and Artisan Studio guarantees the quality of the products we sell. If there is a defect with a product you receive from us, it can be returned within 15 days and a new item will be sent to you.

If, after receiving your order, you determine that you do not want to keep it, you may return it to us (at your expense) within 10 days for a refund or replacement. The product(s) must be returned complete, and in the original packaging. No partial packages of beads will be accepted.

We try to photograph our products as clearly and accurately as possible, but what you see will largely depend on your screen resolution, monitor, and graphics card. We will will hard to resolve any discrepancies or issues. If you find a problem with your shipment please let us know as quickly as possible, but the bottom line is that if you're not happy then we certainly aren't. If you don't like your beads, we'll give you a refund. That simple!
