Let me get the following out of the way up front.  We do not have a physical store, we are online only.  For some people that is bad news because they like to have a place to go where they can actually touch the beads, to see them 'live'.  Heck...I like to do that too!

The good news though is that by not having a physical location you don't have to pay for a lot of hidden costs like rent, heat, shelving, storage etc.  We made a firm decision to offer you the very best prices that we can - all the time.  We don't do too many sales because our mark up isn't that huge to begin with!  I don't know about you, but when I see a store selling things for 50% off or more it makes me think about how much I must be paying when things aren't on sale.  Think of our beads as being on sale, all the time! 

When we get special deals on things that we don't know if we can stock again we'll put them in clearance or in 'specials' areas on the site.  Basically - if we get deals then you get 'em too!  Our view is that we're in this together.  

Our philsophy is simple...to give you the best quality and service that we can.  We know that we don't stock everything, though we will continually try to grow and expand our offerings.  If we don't have it but know someone who does - we'll tell you!  If we can save you some search-time then that's good enough for us.  It's how we'd like to be treated.  The internet is impersonal enough as it is...we'd like to bring a little of ourselves to the process.
