Ordering

Orders can be placed in three ways:
 

1. on-line with our easy to use Shopping Cart process
2. via e-mail to: beadinfo@titanbeads.com
3. mailed directly to us at...  98 Selgrove Crescent, Oakville, Ontario, Canada, L6L 1L3

Please choose whichever method is most convenient. For e-mail and mail orders, please make sure to include the catalogue number and quantity for each item. 

Shipping Charges

For Canadian and U.S. bead orders under $100.00, shipping is $4.95 Canadian
                                                   over   $100.00, shipping is free (Yahoo!)

For International bead orders, shipping will be calcuated manually on an order by order basis . You will be contacted via e-mail (or fax if you prefer) to discuss the charge.

For any purchases from the Artisan Studio...  as you can well imagine, the price of shipping some of these items will vary depending upon weight and size.  Therefore, all items will be shipped on a per cost basis.  We will provide you with a quote, based on your location, the item(s) purchased and your preferred shipment method,  before finalizing your purchase.

Delivery Options

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. We have had great success with orders (within North America) arriving quite quickly.  However, there are pockets in Canada that take longer than mailing to the U.S.  Go figure!  We ship your order out within 24 hours of receiving the order so that the time it takes is driven by the mail system not us!  If you're lucky enough to be local, 3-4 days.  To be safe... count on 2-3 weeks and be pleasantly surprised when it arrives earlier!  

For International orders...  it's going to be longer.  Depending upon 'where' it will be 4-6 weeks.  

If you need guaranteed shipping in less time, we will be happy to ship via courier or method of your choice. We can get you quotes and you can choose, you pay cost only.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, as well as Paypal, money orders, bank drafts and personal cheques.

Please note that if you are paying by cheque, your order willl be shipped once the cheque has cleared through your bank. In the case of a certified cheque, we will ship upon receipt.  If you prefer Paypal, just let us know on the order form and we will send you out a paypal invoice.
